Building a Healthier Relationship with Tech

What Work Together Looks Like

We start with where you are, and build from there.

1

Take Inventory

We talk through your everyday tech habits, what feels off, and what’s driving you nuts. It’s less therapy, more kitchen table clarity.

2

Set a Plan

We’ll define what tech-life balance means for your family and co-create a path that actually fits your world.

3

Practice & Adjust

We check in regularly, tweak as needed, and build lasting habits that support connection, not conflict.

Before working with Stoddy Mac, I felt like tech was running my household. Now I feel like we’ve got a handle on it, and my kids are actually talking to me at the dinner table again. The whole experience was way more approachable than I expected.”

FAQs

What exactly is Tech-Life Coaching?

It’s a conversation. Sometimes coaching, sometimes therapy-adjacent, always real. We help you create a tech environment that supports your values, not one that hijacks your family time.

Do I have to be a “techy” person to benefit from this?

Nope. If you’ve got a phone, a partner, a kid, or a daily scroll habit, you’re in the right place. This is for everyday folks trying to make smarter choices.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s not licensed therapy, but it’s therapeutic. Think strategy session meets supportive accountability. If you need a therapist, we’ll help you find one too.

How many sessions do people typically book?

Some meet monthly, others bi-weekly. We offer 3 tiers:

Frequent (24 per year)

Often (12 per year)

Sometimes (6 per year)

We start where you are and adjust as needed.

What if I’m the only one in my family who wants to make a change?

Start solo. Seriously. Change doesn’t need a co-pilot to begin. You’ll be surprised how much traction one person can create.
